Elizabeth has served as the Editor in Chief of Epicurious, Delish, the Content Marketing group at Time Inc. and the Women's Lifestyle Group at Hearst Digital Media. She is also the author of several books, most notably H (Penguin, Random House), a series of cookbooks (Sterling Publications), and others written under a pseudonym.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has appeared as a national media spokesperson, including special appearances on Today in New York, CBN, ABC, Fox, Epicurious TV, The 60 Second Wine Expert, NPR, among others.
She has developed the content strategy for leading brands, including Pfizer, Nestle, Unilever, Kraft, Ford, NYSE, The Humane Society, Berkeley School of Public Health, National Parks, L'Oreal, Starbucks, UGG, Macy's, Walmart, P&G, Home Depot, Microsoft, Comcast, AT&T, E*Trade, and Merrill Lynch.
Prior to her ascent in corporate publishing and digital media, Elizabeth wrote award-winning features, essays, and articles published in Parade, HuffPo, Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day, Saveur, React, Healthy Living, Spin, YM, Fodor's, Scholastic Choices, Swing, MADD/Driven, Plum, and others on a wide range of topics, including food, health, children's advocacy, celebrity profiles, disability issues, medical technology, mental health, domestic violence, and travel.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vassar College and a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Writing from Columbia University, where she was a Graduate Fellow. She also received her Executive Leadership Certificate from HMI/Kellogg School of Management.
